    Domain Authority (DA)

A search engine ranking score that predicts how likely a website is to rank in search engine result pages.

Originally developed by Moz, Domain Authority is calculated by evaluating linking root domains, total number of links, and other trust signals into a single score ranging from 1 to 100. While not an official metric used by Google, it is widely used by SEO professionals as a comparative tool to gauge the 'strength' or 'trustworthiness' of a website against competitors.
